Why can’t I just ask you,
If you feel the same way?
It’s driving me mad with curiosity
But I can’t do anything about it!

Do you know what you’re doing,
Or are you oblivious to it all,
Including my feelings for you?
Is that look in your eye,
There for me and only me?
Or am I reading too much into this,
And being delusional?
Are you as reluctant as you seem
To let me slip out of your arms when you hug me?
When you’re quiet are you thinking
Of how to say what I’m trying to phrase as well?
Why are you so complex
When guys are supposed to be simple minded?
Is there more than meets the eye,
Or am I just imagining it?
